Have you seen these?

Perhaps some of you have, perhaps some of you have not yet.  Brasserie St. James is in full mode.  Coming to Reno in a few months.  A place where you can enjoy yourself in an upscale enviroment, and the size will make it nice for viewing some Superbowl (next year) and World Cup for starters.

I’m really excited for Art & Jamie.  They work so hard, are very giving people, and they put up with me!  Can you believe it!

Stay tuned for more action coming from Brasserie St. James.  In the meantime, come in in to St. James Infirmary, have a drink, and feel free to ask questions and share some love and support.

Good people doing Good things for Reno!  Can I get a hell yes!!

In other news, I had a great time on Saturday night.  We were busy!  I love staying busy, moving, and never stopping.  It’s such an outlet for me.  When it’s slower of course I get more time to visit and such, but I must admit, when it gets busy, and I’m all over the bar, serving, pouring, making drinks, bussing, and doing whatever else it requires to make a wonderful place for you all to enjoy, I freaking love it!  Multi tasking and being challenged to not let things slip from out of my control.  All in a good nights hard work.

Of course Sundays are pretty much sleep, seeing how it’s hard to get to sleep when I get off work, (around 7isham) eat a little, nourish, take a bath, and back to bed.  I was telling shone today, I do appreciate having a day that has no obligations.  It really helps me rejuvenate my motors.

I’m back on the bar tomorrow for Trivia.  Stop by anytime 4pm-12midnightish.  Trivia starts around 8pmish…….

until then!

p.s I wanted to give a shout out to local businesses:  Campo, their employees frequent our bar, and they are wonderful and so much fun.  Plus I would love to give a shout out to the crew over at Good Luck Macbeth.  I met some of the artists saturday night as well.  Go Reno Go!

back into the swing of things

Had a great night on the bar.  I had been away for the week, I guess you could say my body told me that I have been overdoing it.  I don’t like to use the words stress and exhaustion, because I believe you become the words you use.  (especially when repeated over and over)  In this case however, I needed to take a look at the truth, and honor my balance.

I appreciate these moments.  I’ve already been getting back on a focused awareness of health and balance over the new year, so thankfully I’ve already got that in motion.

It was so wonderful to be back on the bar.  I love the social outlet that it provides.  Otherwise I think I would get a little goofy during this tremendous work bubble of ours.

Lately it’s been one of my only ways to visit friends.

I loved when one of my friends came to me and was discussing one of the instagram photos I had posted of us shooting waterboy at the nude beaches at lake tahoe.  He had no idea that lake tahoe had nude beaches!  Wow, did you all know that we have some of the most sought after beaches!  Tahoe is well known for it’s majestic experiences.  He was right, it’s time to get out and get acquainted with the Reno/Tahoe area.  ”boho style”.

I also had a conversation with a couple of guys a couple of weeks ago about the 24/7 clothing optional hot springs.  Seriously awesome!

We had some customers drop in later in the night, talking about how Reno was all quiet, and then he realized that there was a place that was warm and inviting.  He brought his friends from Seattle to St. James Infirmary.  yay!

We’ve always got something going on, wether it’s dance parties, social hour, photo booth race, drinking, watching movies, meeting new people, and just having a great time.  Come down and visit us sometime if you have not yet.

We are open 7 days a week, 3pm-3amish.  We are always here for you.

I’m in at 9pm tonight.  Working till 4amish.

perhaps I’ll see you there

and more New Year fun!

and more New Year fun!

I sure hope that you all had an amazing new year!  This was one of the best ever!  I got to share love with so many people, my first new years kiss was with a girl, and I was surrounded by so much love!

We ALL danced, we laughed, we reflected…..

We drank, we celebrated, we rocked in the New Year proper!

I loved seeing everybody so dressed up!  You all looked so freaking amazing.

Tom, I fucking LOVE you!  Thank you for the coconut water love.  You are such an incredible man.  I’m so thankful to have met you darling!!  You looked so handsome all dressed up in your suit!

That dance party was a rager!  It never ended.

I hope you all continue to take each and every single day of this year and put your best into it.  Even when you are tired, even when you are sad, even when you are angry, find your love, find your balance, and keep participating.  This is going to be a year to remember, and I am so excited to be sharing it with all of you!

Tuesday 4pm-12amish   *Trivia starts 8pmish

Thursday 5pm-1amish

I hope you guys all had an amazing holiday!  Wether you rested, shared love and time with family, had naughty sexy encounters, or just enjoyed being alive.  To me the holidays are about soaking up the collected LOVE that I honestly wish people could share day in and day out.  It’s all good, the journey has to start somewhere.  I am patient and very hopeful.
Jamie and I ran Trivia Night last night.  Another packed house.  Jordan hosted Trivia while Brad celebrated his wife’s birthday.  They are such an adorable couple!
Bryan Jones of Buster Blue captured this instagram of Jamie and I.  Jamie and I have so much fun together.  We dart around like a pin ball game.  I’m sure the sight from an observer has to be quite entertaining.  Come in and see the show sometime.  Especially on friday nights between 5pm-9pm.  Wowzer!
I’m off tonight, I’ve got some writing to do, photographers to catch up with, and some boho forum posting to participate in.  Then I need some time to just be, meditate and find my calm.  There is so much momentum building right now, I do not want to be washed away in the storm.  Staying grounded, nurturing myself and shone, and knowing what can be done will be done, are essential skills that I have had the chance to strengthen over the past few years.  They are going to come in handy this year.
I’m back on the bar thursday night.  I’m closing: 9pm-3am
Friday 5pm-2am
What are you all doing for NYE?  If you are looking for a place to get dressed up, avoid a big cover price, ( we don’t have any cover ) and enjoy times with hard working people that are all looking forward to a rocking new year, please join us!  I’m working 9pm-4amish.  Shone will be down, we are really looking forward to toasting in the new year!

the holidays are about the love and energy that bring people together.  A time to remember to slow down, connect with loved ones, and enjoy this life.  Many times the day to day hustle can pull us away from the moment.
