Well if you know me by now, you know that this is one of my favorite videos. I got my “wiggle wiggle clap clap!” inspiration from this video, and I can say it will live with me for the rest of my life!
Had another great night. And let me tell you, to make great nights occur night after night, it takes effort. I don’t just show up. I bring my best. You’ve got to give before you get. Doesn’t matter what’s going on in my other life, when I am at the bar, I give it my bar best.
Now let me tell you, my best differs, at times I’m more silly, or a little more tired, or have a lot on my mind. Life takes us on all kinds of adventures, and I do my best to remain grounded. Sometimes I need a little more quiet time, or I get a little extra rest when I can.
I’m not perfect by any means, but damn am I willing to always try.
Had great conversations last night about:

How do we choose our mates? Is everything on “the outside” the only thing we consider? Or do we connect with depth, and find something that bonds our souls for eternity. How long must we remain solo, hating on men and women because these strangers that we have never met before keep letting us down. When we keep our expectations in check, life is much more fulfilling, and it makes us realize that our pursuit of life and our happiness is truly on our shoulders ;). When you enter a bar, a grocery store, a coffee shop, the gym, etc. Keep in mind that others are always watching, or wanting to make friends too. We are human. If you don’t carry an open mindset to reach out, connect with new people, willing to take those chances of hitting it off or not, then we will remain frustrated and will continue to repel others off.
